Strengths and Weaknesses
Strength
The channel provides extensive coverage of GameFi projects within TON and regularly posts updates on games, new mechanics, and in-game events. For users who are already part of the Telegram Mini Apps ecosystem, this provides a constant stream of the latest gaming updates and activities.
Weakness
Most of the content relies on referral-based monetization, and many promotional posts use pressure tactics such as limited “spots,” a sense of urgency, and promises of high returns.
Editorial review

Crypto Wolf (@Crypto_Woolf) is a major Telegram channel dedicated to TON, Web3 games, Mini Apps, in-game tokens, and earning opportunities through referral programs. The main content revolves around gaming projects, where the author regularly shares his own deposits, withdrawals, and in-game progress, and invites subscribers to follow his links. The channel actively uses giveaways, TON vouchers, and affiliate promotions to retain its audience. However, engagement remains extremely low relative to the audience size, and some of the advertising contains aggressive promises of high returns and “VIP signals.” Content and Format Crypto Wolf publishes 3–5 posts daily, and almost all of the content revolves around the Telegram Mini Apps ecosystem, Web3 games, and in-game tokens within TON. The main format consists of short reports on the author’s own progress: how much he has invested, how much he has withdrawn, and how many tokens or in-game resources he has earned. Virtually every post ends with a link to join the project through the referral program. The channel regularly features updates on games such as Labrador, Grow Tea, Golden Miner, MEME MINING, and Fomo Fighters. The author demonstrates in-game actions, resource mining, the purchase of in-game items, and potential return on investment. In some cases, the focus isn’t on traditional investments but on GameFi mechanics involving the purchase of in-game assets and subsequent attempts to recoup investments through tokens or in-game rewards. The content is presented in the simplest possible language, without in-depth tokenomics analysis, project audits, or technical risk assessments. Most of the posts are aimed at maintaining activity within existing projects. Even news posts often boil down to reminders to “log into the game,” “pull off a combo,” or “don’t forget to claim your rewards.” Note: The channel rarely uses lengthy analytical breakdowns and does not attempt to explain the inner workings of Web3 projects. Users receive a stream of short updates and links to participate in specific in-game mechanics. Monetization and Business Model The primary monetization strategy revolves around affiliate links, referral programs, and advertising integrations. Virtually every gaming post contains a link to register through the author, and many mechanics further incentivize users to become the author’s referrals in order to participate in giveaways or receive bonuses. The channel also separately promotes a “subscribe and earn” campaign, where subscribers are encouraged to click on promotional links to receive vouchers worth 0.5 USDT or TON via xRocket. This system creates artificial activity in the comments and keeps part of the audience within the advertising funnel. The following are regularly found in the ads: promises of “1000% profit”; offers of “VIP signals” with high returns; claims of an 88% win rate and “1,000% ROE weekly”; time-limited offers such as “24 hours left” or “only 25 spots available”; urges users to click on links immediately before the post is deleted. Additionally, the author promotes VPN services, exchange bots for automated trading, and affiliate programs for third-party projects. “Automated trading” here refers to bots for copy trading or algorithmic trading on crypto exchanges, not the user’s independent trading. Important! Despite constant references to the author’s own withdrawals, it is impossible to verify the author’s actual results. Screenshots and text reports do not serve as proof of profitability for other participants. Reputation, Risks, and Features The channel has been active since April 2022, but its main growth occurred in the summer and fall of 2024, when its audience expanded from a few thousand to millions of subscribers amid the boom surrounding TON, tap-to-earn games, and Mini Apps. At the same time, average engagement remains extremely low—about 0.1% with an audience of over 2.8 million subscribers. Comments are open, but a significant portion of the activity revolves around giveaways, check-ins, and mandatory actions required to receive rewards. Users are regularly asked to turn on notifications, react to posts, subscribe to additional channels, and confirm their participation in promotions. There is a noticeably large number of deleted posts on the channel. Among the deleted posts were aggressive recommendations to buy tokens with promises of “1,000% profit” and advertisements for “AI indicators” allegedly purchased for hundreds of thousands of dollars. This type of presentation is typical of high-risk crypto communities with a pronounced FOMO effect. At the same time, the author makes no secret of the referral-based business model and explicitly states that they may feature projects in exchange for payment or by clicking on subscribers’ affiliate links. This makes monetization more transparent than on some similar channels, where advertising is disguised as personal recommendations. Conclusion Crypto Wolf is a typical large TON/GameFi channel focused on continuously engaging its audience with Web3 gaming projects, referral mechanics, and promotional activities. The channel may be useful for users who are actively involved in the Telegram Mini Apps ecosystem and follow gaming projects within TON, but the level of aggressive marketing and the quality of ad integrations call for caution.
